For those people, who like us, were never thrilled with the service provided by their Realtors, this is for you...

Over the past several years, we have bought, sold or leased many of our properties on our own, primarily because we were so unimpressed with the half-hearted help, multitude of mistakes and simple lack of customer service that our many real estate professionals provided.  When my husband and I needed a realtor in Florida, Mike McNamara's name kept coming up.

We cannot convey to you just how much Mike does for those he works for, and how many details he sees through to the end. What Mike provides for his lucky clients, (most of whom will become friends), is not unlike a luxurious concierge service. Mike personally attended a 4-5 hour home inspection, he organized a wind mitigation inspection, thereby reducing our insurance costs, and once, he was even caught righting a fallen tree in our yard!  He personally conducted many "walk throughs" and reported back to us, including the final walk through.  Mike even coordinated an impressive group of building professionals to personally show them the issues we were having with our new home, and the best part is...he actually got them to fix it and give us a new warranty!!  He endlessly communicated with us every step, thereby reducing our anxiety at being thousands of miles away.

Let the record speak for itself. A few weeks ago, I contracted with you to sell two properties. Yesterday we closed on both. You sold one in 7 days and the other in 9 days. From beginning to end you guided the process with the highest integrity and professionalism. The house I purchased closed on March 17, 2009.  Buying a house can be stressful, I thought we would never close.  I am so pleased to have had Mike on my side during this process.  He went to battle for me more than a few times.  I could call him at any time without fear that I was bothering him.  In fact, he even surprised me a couple of times, calling me at 9:30 at night while he was working on my behalf.  The most impressive thing to me about Mike is that he treated me the same way he treats his million dollar clients.  He even went to bat trying to get a three year old house even cheaper than $67,000.  I would recommend him to anyone!
